The adventure continues. That's the way our Overseer views his walk with Jesus. God broke in to Pastor Wayne's world on March 7, 1979 and from that day forward his life has been nothing short of a glorious adventure. A veteran of the ministry, Wayne has served within Traditional and Contemporary settings for nearly 30 years. As President of New Wine Ministries International, Pastor Wayne has helped establish and provide oversight to over 170 churches and pastors in 7 countries. Wayne is an author, addictions professional, and guest speaker who feels compelled to use any and every occasion and circumstance to share the incredible love of Jesus with which he has become so familiar. Pastor Wayne is a teacher who loves to "unpack" the Bible for those who are searching for real answers to real questions. Wayne will often be heard saying, "It's time to stop 'playing' church and 'be' the church.”
Gene arrived at C3 as an author and martial arts instructor interested in Jesus. Having also been a musician, he began serving here on the worship team and was soon called into full time ministry. In 2015, Gene devoted himself to study within New Wine Ministries’ School of Theology. Once completing school and other requirements, he was ordained a Pastor here at C3. Gene has a passion for the study of theology and the Greek language. He continues his work as an author, but now on a different subject – he recently wrote “Mark 4 Millennials”: a translation and commentary of the Gospel of Mark in modern language and "Those Crazy Corinthians: Are We Any Different?": a commentary and application of 1 & 2 Corinthians.
Gene lives right here in Naples Florida with his wife Heather, who does much of the administration at the church and his daughter Sophie, who sings on the worship team.

Dustin grew up in a small rural town in Michigan and moved to Florida in early 2019. Although saved at an early age, Dustin didn't really commit himself to Christ until his mid teenage years. Dustin has been interested in film and video production since he was younger. He has done many projects from short films to wedding videography. He attended a semester of Bible College back in Michigan but had to stop due to some medical issues. He is excited to be going through the School of Theology! He enjoys technology, photography, the beach, and spending time with his wife Jessie and son Tobias. His wife Jessie serves on the worship team. After moving to Florida, Dustin and Jessie quickly found a great group of believers to fellowship with here at C3 Church and he is very excited to be able to use his creative talents for Christ here at the church.
