Leadership Structure at C3 Church
We adhere to a biblical leadership structure, while using terminology that people in our modern culture can understand. Our Lead Pastor functions as an Overseer or Elder did in the New Testament, doing the work of discipleship and teaching. Our Lead Pastor is supported by members who function as elders, deacons and ministry workers who make up the Body of Christ. We also have an oversight and advisory board for further accountability that deals with all financial matters and the administration of the church.
